Guru Paramparā

Gauḍa Pādācārya
Guru Paramparā means a line of teachers who pass on knowledge from one generation to the next. It is not just about lessons in a book. It is about learning with respect, care, and love. In Bhaarat, this tradition is important because it keeps wisdom alive. Books can teach us facts. But a guru teaches us how to live wisely. A guru shows the path. A shishya walks the path. And one day becomes a guide for others. When knowledge is shared from guru to shishya, the student learns not only what to do, but how to live. The guru helps the student understand, practice and grow. In this way values, culture and skills stay alive for many years. Our Guru Paramparā spans more than 2000 years and traces its origin to Bhagawan Narayana.
