Donations on Sri KAMS Website

Our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for the activities on a secure online payment gateway is as under:

Any request for cancellations and refund of online donations once duly placed on the website, shall not be entertained under any circumstances. 

No cash or refund of money will be allowed after completing the online donation as it is a highly cumbersome process. We, therefore, request you to be sure before you donate.

Returns for damaged pieces-

Make sure you treat the book with care!  It is important therefore that you take care when unpacking received books.

• Please ensure you return the books in their original packaging along with the original bill. In order for us to accept your return, the book must be in the same condition it arrived in.

• Just contact us via email, and we will assist you in filling out a returns form (have photos ready if the book is damaged in transit).

 

Cancellation –

 

No matter what the reason, you can cancel your book order right up until it's been shipped.  We will contact you to arrange a full refund.
