Paropakārāya Vahanti Nadyaḥ.

Paropakārāya Duhanti Gāvaḥ

Paropakārartth Midaṁ Śarīraṁ.

 

Trees yield fruit as a benefit to others.

Rivers flow for the progress of others.

Cows give milk for the welfare of others.

This body also is meant for serving others.
