This program is a celebration of the World Sound Healing Month to create awareness about ‘Sound Meditation’ fused with spirituality. Participants will experience stillness, oneness, calm and serenity. The cleansing of the body, mind and soul with Divine Vibrations of the healing sounds from the sacred vibrational instruments shall result in clear thinking, rejuvenation and an inner sense of happiness. Of course, regular sound meditation is necessary for long-term physical wellness and mental health.

The ‘Sound Meditation’ session will be facilitated by certified and experienced professional practitioners and sound healers of Bangalore.
