Yoga, an ancient practice is beyond twisting and bending of the body, it is about getting closer to your inner self.

The goal of the yoga practice is to physically challenge yourself (asanas), without feeling overwhelmed.

 

The focus is on the breath (pranayama) while the mind is accepting and calm.

The beauty of yoga is that whether one is young or old, overweight or fit, everyone reaps its benefits.

 

Yoga has the power to calm the mind and strengthen the body in the present-day busy life.
